Research interests

My interests mainly focus on: 
1) Biosafety assessment of transgenic crops, including gene flow from transgenic crops to wild relatives,  effect of (transgenic) crops on biodiversity, pollination, phenology and morphology evolution of plants;  
2) Interaction between plants and insects: molecular mechanisms of plant response, damage fitness, insect growth; 
3) Global food security: including environmental impacts of agricultural chemical additions, global food demand and production, agricultural biodiversity ...
